Terms & Refunds

ShipBoth is made by Fagore LLC. Purchases made through the checkout linked from this website are processed by Stripe Managed Payments and sold through Link, the merchant of record, which handles payment, sales tax and VAT, receipts, invoices and refunds under its own buyer terms.

ShipBoth is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge, at the price shown at checkout (currently $19.99 USD, taxes included). The license does not expire and may be active on up to 3 Macs at a time. You can sign a Mac out from the app, or sign every Mac out from the link we email you at shipboth.com/recover. The license is for the purchaser's use and does not permit resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or bypassing license controls except where applicable law expressly allows it.

After payment, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address used at checkout, together with a link to the notarized macOS download. You can have the key sent again at shipboth.com/recover. If delivery or activation fails, contact support@shipboth.com. We may provide maintenance updates, but availability of any particular future feature is not guaranteed.

ShipBoth works with your own accounts at Apple, Google and other providers through their official APIs. Your use of those accounts and services, including any fees the AI providers charge, is governed by their terms. Changes in a store's API can affect individual features.

If ShipBoth doesn't work for you, email support@shipboth.com or contact Link support through your receipt. Refunds are issued by Link as merchant of record, under its buyer terms and applicable law; Link may also issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in certain cases. A refunded or disputed purchase revokes the associated license.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without warranties beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Fagore LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
